Career Portfolio Project
First developed in 1996 as a way to help people document their skills, improve the job search, and help employers measure and assess skills, the Career Portfolio line of products has grown to include four books, three workbooks and a detailed course curriculum. Now in it’s 4th edition, the Creating Your Career Portfolio At-A-Glance Guide helps people take charge of their own careers.

Workforce Learning Project
It started with the need for a book designed for helping immigrants in the hospitality industry understand the American workplace. We transitioned it to an entry level workforce book, and then it morphed into Workforce Pamphlet Series. Six series of targeted 4-page pamphlets designed to meet a specific need. Now transition to an e-platform.

State of Illinois – Pharmacy Benefits Management System (PBMS)
Upgrading a new computer system for processing Medicaid pharmacy claims.
This was an off the shelf product customized to the state’s requirements.

Medical Notebook 2011-2013
Development of a hard-copy medical notebook for tracking medical history. Created forms for interacting with doctors, tracking daily information, medicines, etc. This project led to the development of the Wellness & Nutrition pamphlet series. We also developed an online series of video training pieces using Adobe Captivate.
