About Me
Karen J. Hall
Create – Enlighten – Resonate – Glow. That’s my personal mantra… I’m here to Create… magic in art, in words, in processes, in visuals that Enlighten people, lift them up with new ideas and learning new ways of doing things that improve their lives. My work needs to Resonate with people, making what I create relevant to their lives and bringing a connection to learn and grow. Then the goal is to Glow… to exude enthusiasm, power, imagination, and hope to those around me.
I’m a team member who’s worked with all kinds of SME’s and has worked all the aspects of training: from initial assessment and design to development, deployment, evaluation, and redesign. You’ll have an experienced problem-solver who’s developed multiple projects on a tight timeline, and who brings additional experience in graphic design, technical writing, software design, career development, and marketing.
I have experience in technical training and interaction with vendors, software developers, management, and end users, and can successfully translate technobabble into understandable concepts. I believe in staying on top of new trends in learning and training and believe that both the process and end goal of any instruction should be creative, enlightening, resonate with the user, and feel good. I believe my ability to connect with learners of all ages and abilities will fit well with a people-centric philosophy.
